About Me
My Journey into Psychology
I grew up in Bonn, Germany, and have always been fascinated by why people think, feel, and behave the way they do. From an early age, I found myself drawn to fundamental questions: What does it mean to live a good life? What helps us thrive psychologically? Driven by this curiosity, I studied Psychology in Cologne before completing my Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Jena. Psychology has always been more than just a profession for me—it has been a personal passion. Even outside of my work, I enjoy exploring topics related to human behaviour, personal growth, mental health, and philosophy. In many ways, I have turned my passion into my profession.
Professional Experience
After completing my Master's degree, I spent several years working in social mental health services in Berlin, supporting adults with mental health conditions through a wide range of life challenges. This experience allowed me to work extensively with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and personal change. Today, I run my own online practice while travelling the world, allowing me to support clients wherever they are.
My Approach
One of the most important aspects of my work is helping people understand themselves more deeply. A conversation can often act as a mirror, making it easier to recognise patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that may otherwise remain unnoticed. At the same time, I see it as my role to help people recognise strengths and possibilities they may not yet see in themselves. I believe that lasting change begins when we are willing to take responsibility for our own lives. Although we cannot control everything that happens to us, we can choose how we respond to our experiences—and that choice is often where meaningful change begins

More About Me
Travel
Although I grew up in Bonn, Germany, I spent many years living and working in Berlin. Along the way, I also lived in Australia and the United States, where English became almost like a second everyday language. I've always been drawn to adventure and new experiences. For many years, it was my dream to build a career that would allow me to work independently of location while exploring different parts of the world.
Exercise & Wellbeing
Alongside psychology, family, friendships, and movement are an important part of my life. I enjoy strength training, yoga, and Pilates, and recently started practising Muay Thai.
For me, exercise is about much more than physical fitness—it's a source of resilience, balance, and mental strength. A healthy mind and a healthy body go hand in hand.
